CPDs/CPEs
Write your awesome label here.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) or Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points are necessary to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge for professionals.
Why do I need CPDs and CPEs?
CPD and CPE points are a way to measure professional learning and ongoing education.
CPD means Continuing Professional Development.
CPE means Continuing Professional Education.
In practice, they mean the same thing.
They show that a person keeps their knowledge up to date after finishing school or university.

Each time someone attends a course, training, workshop, or webinar that is officially recognised, they earn a certain number of points. One point usually equals one hour of structured learning. These points act as proof that the person continues to improve their professional skills.
Many regulated industries such as finance, banking, accounting, law, and compliance require professionals to collect a minimum number of CPD or CPE points every year. It helps employers, clients, and regulators see that the person stays current and serious about their profession.
