At The Soltesz Institute, acting on behalf of PSP Angels Management Limited, incorporated in Cyprus with an address at Sunset Gardens 102, Exegerseos, Larnaca, 7560, we are committed to providing high-quality courses and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. The following terms outline the conditions governing course purchases and refund eligibility.

1. Formation of Contract
1.1 A purchase contract is formed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
1.2 By completing the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Purchase Terms, in addition to the Website Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 All fees are in EUR.
2.2 Prices are displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable under local law.
2.3 Payments are processed securely via Stripe, acting as an independent payment processor. PSP Angels Management Limited does not store full payment card details. Users must ensure that billing information is accurate.
2.4 PSP Angels Management Limited reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Access and Licence

3.1 Upon successful payment, users receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased course materials.
3.2 Users may not share, reproduce, distribute, or use course content to train AI models or for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
3.3 Licences are valid for the duration specified at the point of purchase.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the course content has not been accessed or less than 10% of the course has been completed.

If the course content has been accessed or more than 10% of the course has been completed, no refunds will be issued except in cases of technical difficulties that prevent access to the course materials. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence.

5. Technical Issues
In the event of technical issues that prevent access to the course content, we will work to resolve the problem promptly.

If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame (up to 7 days from the time it is reported), you may be eligible for a full refund, provided that no more than 10% of the course has been completed.

6. Refund Process

Proof of purchase
A detailed explanation of the refund request

Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate your claim and respond within 5 business days. Additional information may be requested if necessary.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
Courses that have been accessed or where more than 10% of the course content has been completed, except in cases of unresolved technical issues. Requests made after the 14-day refund window has passed.

8. Consumer Rights and Cooling-Off Period
8.1 Business / professional users: purchases are non-refundable.
8.2 Consumer rights: where you are a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

However: Immediate access to digital content (courses, videos, materials) waives the cooling-off period, in accordance with UK/EU consumer law.

By acknowledging consent at checkout, you agree to this waiver.
8.3 No refunds will be issued after content has been accessed, except as required by mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All intellectual property in course materials and related content remains the property of PSP Angels Management Limited or its licensors.
9.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, sharing, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
9.3 Users may access materials only for personal educational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law:

PSP Angels Management Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of course materials.

The total aggregate liability for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.

10.2 Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or statutory non-excludable obligations.

11. GDPR / Data Protection
11.1 PSP Angels Management Limited processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Payment data is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and is not stored by PSP Angels Management Limited in full.
11.3 Users retain all GDPR rights including:

Erasure
Restriction
Portability
Withdrawal of consent
Objection to processing

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 English courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law.
12.3 Disputes relating to digital content for consumers must respect statutory protections under UK/EU law.

13. Third-Party Services
13.1 Payment processing is provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
13.2 Other third-party services used in the delivery of online courses (such as webinar platforms) are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

14. Amendments to this Policy
The Soltesz Institute reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and it is the responsibility of customers to review these terms periodically.
